Job Description
MLB is launching the fifth edition of the MLB Scout and Coaching Development Program, providing emerging talent with scouting basics and tools. This in-person program, hosted during the Arizona Fall League in October 2025, offers opportunities for scouting experience and coaching development for selected candidates. MLB will also host a cohort of coaching candidates in Phoenix, Arizona.
