Job Description
The Coordinator of Softball Instruction is a key role within the MLB Youth Academy, focusing on coordinated softball instruction and on-field developmental programming. This position involves overseeing softball coaches, coordinating clinic schedules, and assisting with player development plans. Responsibilities include instructional leadership, scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Ability to work from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday with additional Saturday availability
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) helpful
