Job description
The Head of Agile Delivery is responsible for leading the agile delivery function, overseeing the progress of both the execution of MAK’s technology transformation initiatives and the ongoing usage and implementation of Agile practices across the organization.
Oversee Agile delivery across multiple teams, drive a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, implement and refine Agile frameworks, and identify and manage risks to delivery.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading large-scale Agile delivery initiatives, strong expertise in Agile methodologies, and strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
