
Job description
As an Agile Enablement Leader, you will manage a team of Scrum Masters to achieve high levels of agility, productivity, and innovation within teams and the organization. You will help keep Agile teams on track, provide coaching and support, and assist with escalated obstacles. You will partner with executive stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into team-level outcomes and drive Agile maturity across the organization.
Serve as a people manager for Scrum Masters, support their performance and development, and guide them in empowering their teams to identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies. Drive consistency and scalability of Agile practices through governance forums and lean metrics reviews.
This role requires a continuous improvement mindset, strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels. You will champion continuous improvement by mentoring Scrum Masters and advancing Agile capabilities at both team and enterprise levels.
