We're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead multi-regional marketing campaigns that fuel our growth engine. As part of our dynamic Acquisition Marketing Team, you'll collaborate with Performance, Lifecycle, and Partner Marketing colleagues while remaining functionally supported by the Head of Acquisition Marketing. This role offers direct ownership of performance outcomes that meaningfully impact customer acquisition, pipeline velocity, and revenue growth.
Requirements
- Experience 5+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets for product signups and sales-qualified leads.
- Deep proficiency in major ad platforms especially Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager and working knowledge of intent platform/s (6Sense, Bombora, Demand Base).
- Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM) for lead management and performance reporting.
- ABM Experience supporting or executing Account Based Marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
- Testing Mindset A proactive approach to A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- Funnel Knowledge Solid understanding full funnel marketing and sales processes, including lead nurturing and scoring
- Analytical Rigor Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Ability to communicate complex data and strategic recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and senior leadership and to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Budget Management Proven track record of managing substantial advertising budgets and demonstrate clear ROI attribution.
- AI Experience using AI and automation tools to enhance campaign velocity, testing, reporting, and operational efficiency (We’re an AI company after all!)
- Resourceful Problem Solver Working in a fast paced environment should be second nature to you.
