Marketing Manager (Performance Marketing)

Maker Lab is a marketing agency designed to build decentralised technology-led agency teams, rooted in collaboration with clients from the ground up. We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and support our amazing clients in the tech industry.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in Performance Marketing or Paid Media Operations
• Hands-on experience or deep oversight of performance media buying via platforms like Google Ads
• Experience designing and managing structured Learning Agendas (A/B testing, incrementality testing)
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
• Proven ability to manage complex forecasting and budget pacing for high-spend accounts
• Experience working directly with media agencies
• Expert-level knowledge of full-stack media platforms
• Familiarity with analytics and data visualisation tools
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills
