Job Description
As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you'll help drive our client's social engagement strategy, connecting products and services to users through relevant touchpoints. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, supporting Brand initiatives.
Requirements
- Manage key opinion leaders (KOLs) and creators across all brands
- Track and analyse social content performance across platforms
- Work closely with Market PR teams to plan and execute high-impact PR events
- Oversee the management of social media pages
- Provide social media expertise and generate innovative ideas
- Analyse data into insights and build a narrative for social media campaigns
- Identify and escalate areas of concern and opportunities for the brand
- Partner with cross-functional teams on social strategy and execution
- Manage analytics and track audience growth
- Help build and manage strong relationships with influencers and micro-creators
