Job description
The Process Engineer is responsible for supporting Operations through data collection, problem solving analysis, and countermeasure implementation to work toward the improvement of operating capability and sustainability while maintaining all applicable safety and quality standards.
Lead process improvements to support cost reductions, improvements to safety, quality and through-put. Assess processes, take measurements, and interpret data. Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong self-confidence, and a strong will to drive change. Ability to work well with others in stressful situations and meet deadlines as necessary.
