Maintenance Planner

Role Overview

The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance work at the McComb, Ohio facility, ensuring efficient use of maintenance staffing and hours. This role will also involve working with contractors, managing the CMMS system, and performing quality and safety audits.

What You Will Do

The Maintenance Planner will plan and schedule predictive/preventive work orders, create job plans for corrective work, kit parts and supplies, and manage the work order backlog. They will also perform equipment failure analysis, audit completed work orders, and participate in plant planning and scheduling meetings.

Requirements

• 3 years' experience in an industrial maintenance setting
• Previous floor experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Computer experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors
• Working knowledge of a CMMS program (EAM and/or MVP 1 experience)
• Ability to identify parts by drawings
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
