
Job description
The Maintenance Planner/Scheduler is responsible for the effective planning and scheduling of work, with material procurement for specific jobs/tasks primarily through the use of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) for production equipment and related support systems, buildings and facilities.
Manages and prioritizes maintenance work using CMMS, plans jobs by estimating labor, materials, tools, and skills needed, and oversees work order backlog, scheduling, inventory usage, and procurement to control costs and maintain efficiency.
Experience with CMMS systems, strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, and at least 2 years of maintenance planning experience in industrial or manufacturing environments are required.
