Production Supervisor, 3rd Shift

Role Overview

Responsible for all mixing, baking, forming and packaging activities as required to safely produce quality products with the most efficient use of labor and materials on the appropriate/scheduled shifts and lines. Core schedule: Monday-Friday, 11:00pm-8:00am and weekend rotation.

What You Will Do

Supervise assigned team of employees, carry out supervisory responsibilities, process raw materials to finished products with minimum waste and labor cost, control raw material formula consistency, monitor inventory rotation, and maintain a 5S environment.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires knowledge of Makers Pride procurement, products, and production processes, as well as experience with SAP. Must have well-developed influence management skills, conflict resolution experience, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Two-year college degree in business preferred
• Three to five years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bakery and or Manufacturing experience a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
• Proficient in Kronos timekeeping system and SAP
