Human Resources Consultant

Making A Difference Foundation (MADF) is looking for a knowledgeable and resourceful Human Resources Consultant to join our team to strengthen HR initiatives, attract, engage, and retain a talented workforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in human resources consulting or a similar HR role
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
• Proven experience in employee relations and performance management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
