Department Manager - Global Sourcing Key Account (Fresh Food)

Manage vendor relationships, source new suppliers, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support sourcing needs in the global fresh food industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and international trade regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sourcing platforms (e.g., Alibaba, Made-in-China).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
• Experience working with Chinese suppliers or manufacturers is a strong advantage.
