Makro PRO is an exciting new digital venture that aims to build a technology platform for B2B e-commerce. As a Product Owner, you will work with cross-functional teams to develop and manage strategic partnerships, align with the overall strategy, and ensure business value and user feedback are translated into new developments.
Requirements
- Ability to develop methods and promote work standards among employees
- Proven skills in managing staff, coaching, and resolving conflicts
- Strong communication skills to teach and convey messages
- Ability to create a trustful and efficient work environment
- Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the retail industry
- Experience working in B2C digital products
