We are seeking a Senior Manager - E-commerce Operation to develop annual, quarterly, and key promotional campaigns strategies, sales targets, and budget plans. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operation management on Tmall, proven experience in 0-1 store launch or leading operations on Tmall/Taobao, and a deep understanding of the consumer goods industry.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operation management on Tmall
- Proven experience in 0-1 store launch or leading operations on Tmall/Taobao
- Category business experience and deep understanding of consumer goods industry, preferably FMCG
- Cross-border experience is a plus (from overseas market to China)
- Comprehensive knowledge of the consumer goods industry, including market trends, competitor activities, and industry advancements
- Business and marketing acumen
- Deep understanding of Tmall platform rules, marketing tools, and advertising logic
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent project management and TP/vendor management skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Basic English communication skills required
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deal with key stakeholders to gain resources
- Strong analytical and Proficiency in data management skills: MS-Excel (Professional Level), Outlook, Analytics Platform, Marketplace Back-end platform
