Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Engineering/Maintenance to join our dynamic team at Malayan Flour Mills Berhad in Pasir Gudang, Johor. The role involves overseeing engineering and maintenance operations, developing maintenance strategies, and ensuring efficient and reliable performance of production facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar engineering/maintenance role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians and engineers
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Proficient in project management techniques and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and safety standards
- PLC & automation experience would be added advantage
