Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) is seeking an Assistant Supervisor to manage daily store operations, supervise retail staff, and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Assist the Retail Supervisor in managing daily store operations
- Supervise and guide retail staff on duty to ensure service standards are met
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control, and coordinate stock replenishment
- Ensure visual merchandising and store cleanliness meet company standards
- Provide on-the-job guidance and support to new or junior staff
