Malbon is looking for a CRM Manager to own and scale our customer communication channels, drive revenue, retention, and lifetime value through best-in-class lifecycle marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in relationship, digital, or email marketing required
- Strong understanding of direct-to-consumer strategies and digital marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics and 3rd Party Reporting Platforms preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
