Part-Time Sales Associate

We’re looking for Sales Associates to join our Malbon boutique in Los Angeles, LA. As the face of the brand on the sales floor, you’ll deliver elevated customer experiences, foster meaningful connections, and bring Malbon’s mission to life in every interaction.

Requirements

• Retail or customer-facing experience preferred, ideally in apparel or lifestyle brands.
• Passion for golf with a strong understanding of both the sport and its intersection with culture, fashion, and community.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Adaptable and dependable, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Active floor presence, including the ability to stand/walk for extended periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be 18+ years of age.

Benefits

• Hourly rate: $19.50 – $22/hr, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
