Merchandiser Manager

Maletis Beverage seeks a motivated Merchandising Manager to lead a team of Merchandisers across an assigned territory, overseeing daily merchandising operations and ensuring products are consistently stocked and displayed according to company and retailer standards.

Requirements

• 2+ years of merchandising experience preferred
• 2+ years of leadership or people management experience required
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management abilities
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn company systems and mobile applications
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Must maintain required automobile insurance coverage
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
