Job Description
This position is responsible for the maintenance, repairs and general upkeep of the interior property of Mall of America. The ideal candidate will have experience in building maintenance or construction and be able to perform a variety of tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, and painting.
Requirements
- High school degree
- 3-5 years' experience in building maintenance or construction
- Previous work experience with commercial painting, ceramic tiling, carpentry, and plumbing
- Working knowledge with use of variety of powered and non-powered tools, workshop equipment and hand tools used in carpentry, construction, plumbing etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
