The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for facilitating the operational execution of promotional marketing materials and tactics throughout the entire Promotional Materials Management lifecycle for branded and non-branded materials.
Requirements
- Oversees project management, deadlines, reviews, and approvals for printed/digital materials of responsibility.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with marketing, medical, legal, regulatory, compliance and communication departments and agency partners to ensure project deadlines are managed.
- Schedules PRC meetings and creates PRC meeting agendas, triaging and record-keeping for products/projects as assigned.
- Works with external creative resources to ensure that project deliverables are in line with company standards.
- Assists Associate Director of Marketing Operations – PRC with marketing operation projects and initiatives as needed.
- Ensures all promotional materials are properly prepared prior to sending to Regulatory
- Supports process streamline improvement initiatives and consistently seeks new and innovative methods to improve the PRC process across all functional teams.
