This role supports key functions within Commercial Operations by assisting with omnichannel, reporting, call reporting, roster management, and other commercial sales operations functions.
Requirements
- Familiarization with key functions within Commercial Operations
- Assist Commercial Operations in support of answering questions about Roster, Veeva CRM and other systems
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Microsoft tool skills
- Ability to problem solve and learn quickly
