Account Manager (Sales)

MalOPlusTM Group Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to develop and maintain client accounts, manage sales operations, and build client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent sales and customer service skills, be organized and self-motivated, and have experience in business development and customer service.

Requirements

• Sales activities: develop/maintain/visit client accounts, make regular follow-ups, prepare sales proposals, develop new client accounts, attend corporate presentations, write articles, manage web networking activities, create networking opportunities, organize/coordinate sales seminars/webinars, meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Sales Operations Management: enter prospects/clients in CRM, manage/coordinate client activities, customer service/problem-solving, collaborate with recruiting team, supervise MOPIP, assist in sales systems and process improvements, management/active use of work systems and tools.
