Job Description
MALOUM is a creator platform looking for a Backoffice Manager to organize and support their processes, including key performance indicator reporting, finance, HR administration, office organization, and internal support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration/business economics or equivalent
- 1–3 years of work experience in administration/operations in a dynamic environment
- Very good Excel/Google Sheets skills and high data affinity
- Structured working method in KPI tracking and reporting
- Safe handling of modern tools, quick understanding ability, and hands-on mentality
- German and English in word and writing
- Professional handling of sensitive contents, data protection/compliance
