Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on CRM Manager with a strong sense for copywriting and basic design knowledge. The ideal candidate will design email and automation campaigns, optimize conversion, and implement creative ideas in CRM channels.
Requirements
- Management and implementation of CRM campaigns
- Writing conversion-strong and appealing texts
- Creating simple visuals and assets
- Using AI tools to improve campaigns, content creation, and automation
- Collaboration with the marketing team to implement new ideas and strategies
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Klaviyo, Loop, Charles)
- Experience working with AI to optimize campaigns, content creation, and automation
- Hands-on mentality and independent work
