Senior Delivery Lead

Mammoth Growth is a modern data analytics consultancy seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to oversee multiple client engagements, manage project success, and lead multidisciplinary teams implementing AI-driven analytics and data engineering solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, preferably in data analytics or AI implementation
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in data-driven environments
• Previous exposure to Snowflake, DBT, or similar modern data stack technologies
• Strong understanding of analytics engineering and data engineering principles
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
• Experience building and presenting strategic roadmaps for data initiatives
• Background in managing multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
