Requirements

• IFSA Level 100 required
• Two seasons working with athletes in a coaching program or previous Big Mountain competition experience preferred but not essential
• High School graduate and fluent in English language
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team structure with other coaches and training groups
• Must possess the ability to demonstrate Big Mountain riding techniques
• Must have knowledge or experience with Big Mountain competition rules
• Basic computer skills required and experience with Word, Excel and Google Docs programs
