LIVE THE DREAM. Work here. Play here. The Front Desk Supervisor assists the management team in overseeing all Front Desk, Bell and Concierge operations. Provides exceptional guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent service is provided.
Requirements
- High School or equivalent education required
- 1-2 years of previous Front Desk Agent experience, Front Desk Supervisor experience or similar
- 1-year experience in leadership role in hospitality or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
- Strong computer skills
