MAMMUT-Wetro Melt Crucible Manufacturing GmbH is looking for a Sales Representative to strengthen their team, develop sales strategies, acquire new customers, and maintain existing relationships. The ideal candidate has technical and commercial understanding, communication skills, and entrepreneurial thinking, with a willingness to travel internationally.

Requirements

• Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales goals
• Acquisition of new customers and maintenance of existing customer relationships
• Analysis of market and competition developments to identify new business opportunities
• Close collaboration with management, sales and production
• National and international travel for customer visits, trade shows, and site inspections
• High technical and commercial understanding, as well as a structured, goal-oriented working method
• Communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and intercultural competence
• Secure English and German language skills
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in technical sales of an industrial company
