Analyst / Associate , Residential Debt

We are seeking a senior Analyst or junior Associate to join our residential debt investment team. The team is focused on sourcing, underwriting, and managing investments across non-owner occupied residential whole loans, lender finance facilities, and multifamily-focused direct mortgage lending. The role will be primarily focused on RTL whole loan underwriting.

Requirements

• RTL Underwriting: Underwrite residential transition loan (RTL) whole loan pools and individual loan acquisitions
• Financial Modeling: Build and maintain detailed financial models, conduct collateral tape reviews, cash flow analysis, scenario modeling, and return analysis
• Sourcing & Origination: Help cultivate and maintain relationships with RTL originators/aggregators and warehouse lenders
• Due Diligence & Execution: Support due diligence workstreams including originator/borrower assessment, collateral analysis, coordination of third-party reports, and legal documentation review
• Portfolio Management: Track loan-level and facility-level performance across the portfolio
• Market Research: Develop a deep understanding of the RTL market by conducting research on residential housing, origination trends, and the competitive landscape
