Spezialist Sicherheitsmanagement und PMO (w/m/d)

We are seeking a Security Management and PMO Specialist to monitor and oversee the implementation of the brand directive and brand instructions for safety worldwide.

Requirements

• Completed university degree, preferably in security management, risk management, technology, business administration or comparable fields
• Several years of professional experience in international security management or in safety-related governance functions
• Expertise in management systems, guideline control, KPI and audit structures
• Very good understanding of international production and service processes as well as relevant regulations
• Knowledge of risk analyses, maturity models, operator duties and organisational responsibility
• High communication and advisory competence, target-oriented on management level
• Structured, analytical way of working and ability to prioritize complex topics
• Inter cultural competence and international stakeholder management
• Assertiveness, standing and ability to escalate when necessary
• Very good English skills; international travel readiness
