We are seeking a Security Management and PMO Specialist to monitor and oversee the implementation of the brand directive and brand instructions for safety worldwide.
Requirements
- Completed university degree, preferably in security management, risk management, technology, business administration or comparable fields
- Several years of professional experience in international security management or in safety-related governance functions
- Expertise in management systems, guideline control, KPI and audit structures
- Very good understanding of international production and service processes as well as relevant regulations
- Knowledge of risk analyses, maturity models, operator duties and organisational responsibility
- High communication and advisory competence, target-oriented on management level
- Structured, analytical way of working and ability to prioritize complex topics
- Inter cultural competence and international stakeholder management
- Assertiveness, standing and ability to escalate when necessary
- Very good English skills; international travel readiness
