Spezialist betriebliche Ermittlungen und Lieferkettensicherheit (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Specialist Corporate Investigations and Supply Chain Security to join our team at MAN Truck & Bus in Munich. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for corporate investigations, supply chain security, government inquiries, and threat management. You will work independently and lead the processing of tasks within your area of responsibility. Your core tasks will include defining and implementing regulations, advising and supporting managers, checking the effectiveness of implemented structures, and analyzing situations to uncover risk-enhancing weaknesses.

Requirements

• Completed studies at a law faculty or in the police sector
• Comprehensive professional experience in the processing of the fields of this position
• Experience in conducting fact-finding investigations and documenting the investigation results in a legally binding manner
• Experience in cooperation with law enforcement agencies and courts
• Ideally, knowledge of logistical structures and processes
• Experience in project management and process design
• Secure appearance with negotiable German and English language skills
• Inter cultural sensitivity and team spirit, with enthusiasm for cross-functional and cross-brand collaboration
