Site Dispatcher

Manada Technologies is seeking a driven, execution-focused Site Dispatcher to manage escalation and workflow from partners and clients. The ideal candidate has excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. The role is on-site at our Polk City, FL office, and involves a flexible schedule with AM/PM coverage and 40 hours weekly.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Understanding of work order scheduling, route management, and dispatch services
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
