Abteilungsleitung Streckenplanung (w/m/d)

We are looking for a Department Head Track Planning to manage the leadership, steering, and coordination of diverse and exciting projects, as well as taking over disciplinary and professional responsibility for employees. The job involves leadership of the planning and design department, including product, budget, and resource responsibility. The ideal candidate should have a university degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification, several years of experience, and in-depth knowledge of road design, planning law, and administrative procedure law.

Requirements

• Successful completion of a university degree in civil engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience and in-depth knowledge of road design
• Thorough knowledge of planning law and planning-related regulations, as well as administrative procedure law and building planning and building regulations law
• Ability to think in complex contexts and have a well-developed will to shape things
• Empathy and appreciation for communication, and ability to inspire, develop, and delegate tasks meaningfully to the team
