Junior Project Controller

Management Solutions is seeking a Junior Project Controller to support delivery of mission-critical services within a federal IT environment. The role involves supporting project planning, tracking, and reporting, as well as governance, risk, and compliance. The Junior Project Controller will assist senior project team members in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Requirements

• Associates degree from an accredited university in a relevant field
• 3 years of relevant professional experience supporting project coordination, project controls, program support, or similar functions
• Basic understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
• Experience supporting data tracking, reporting, or analysis using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and client stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and support development of practical solutions
• Familiarity with documenting processes, maintaining records, and supporting governance or compliance-related activities
• Ability to work independently with guidance and as part of a team in a collaborative environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Q clearance
