Job Description
Manatal, an HRTech software service company, is seeking a Head of Data Engineering & Analytics to lead their data platform to the next level, improve data quality and coverage, and expand self-service analytics across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a combined data role at a technology company
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Hands-on experience managing a data warehouse in production, preferably AWS Redshift
- Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
- Proficiency in Python for data pipeline development, scripting, and automation
- Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to coach and enable non-technical stakeholders to use data tools and build their own reports
- Experience integrating data from multiple business systems into a unified data model
- Strong communication skills in English
