Manatal is an HRTech software service (B2B SaaS) company headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand. The SalesOps Specialist Intern will support the Sales Operations Team by executing daily lead qualification, ensuring CRM and workflow reliability, and assisting with strategic and automation projects.
Requirements
- Conduct daily lead qualification based on ICP and company criteria.
- Generate daily/weekly reports on pipeline, subscribed accounts, and operational health.
- Maintain and monitor workflows within HubSpot, Notion, and GTM tools to ensure nothing breaks.
- Assist in designing, testing, and documenting workflow automation and lifecycle processes.
- Contribute to recommendations, business cases, and strategic projects that accelerate sales and customer growth.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to route leads efficiently and progress opportunities through the lifecycle.
- Adapt quickly to changes in priorities while ensuring high accuracy and process adherence.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Customer Success Director, CTO, CEO, or Management as required.
