Conflicts/Intake Analyst

Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP seeks a Conflicts/Intake Analyst to review attorney guidelines, outside counsel policies, and contracts, and advise on conflicts of interest and engagement terms. The ideal candidate will have a BA degree, 2+ years of law firm experience, and excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• BA Degree required
• Minimum of two (2) years law firm experience clearing and resolving conflict issues
• Strong Outlook, Excel and Word skills required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent judgement and the ability to form conclusions independently
• Detail oriented, organized, and great follow through skills
• Ability to learn new software programs as needed
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Flexibility to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands
• Ability to communicate effectively with all Firm constituents
