We are a global accounting and advisory firm looking for a full-time Office & Sales Support Administrator to join our team in Marietta, GA. As a primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for ensuring a professional and responsive experience. You will work closely with our US Sales Team and Tax & Accounting Operations Team to meet client needs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a front office, client support, or administrative role — strong phone skills are a must.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-facing office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy in documentation and data management.
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); comfortable working with sales teams and leadership.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes, including firm-specific software.
- Experience with CRM or sales tools is a plus.
- A sales-oriented mindset and confidence in client interactions is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in an accounting or professional services environment is a plus.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
