We are looking for a central marketing resource who takes full ownership of marketing in the company. The role involves close collaboration with commercial leaders in Norway and Sweden, and you will be a central sparring partner when goals, priorities, and measures are defined and implemented.
Requirements
- Own and develop Profrakts marketing strategy in line with the company's goals within sales and brand
- Develop and implement concrete marketing plans with clear priorities
- Ensure progress and implementation - both operationally yourself and through agencies and partners
- Collaborate closely with commercial leaders in Norway and Sweden
- Be a good buyer and project leader for areas and tools you do not work operationally in
- Use data actively to evaluate, adjust, and further develop direction and measures
