Collection Agent

Mandarich Law Group is seeking full-time Collection Agents for their Williamsville, NY and Lake Mary, FL offices. Available shifts are 9:30am-6pm in NY and 8am-5pm in FL, Monday-Friday. Candidates will handle inbound calls, negotiate accounts, and manage an open queue to hit monthly collection goals.

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Previous customer service work preferred
