Creative Designer (AppLovin)

Build, scale, and operate leading DTC brands as a Creative Designer at AppLovin. Design high-impact, interactive ad creatives that lift CTR and conversion rates, working closely with Performance Marketing, Growth Strategists, and Creative Strategy teams. Drive growth and innovation through experimentation, performance data, and interactive creative systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing MOF/BOF performance creatives
• Strong HTML creative build capability
• Ability to turn static designs into high-CTR interactive experiences
• Solid foundation in static image design, GIFs, and short-form video edits
• Experience creating landing-page-style, product demo, unboxing, and testimonial creatives
• Proficiency with AI design tools, including Nano Banana Pro
