Job Description
Maneuver Marketing is seeking a dynamic HR & Office Admin to support the growth of their DTC Health & Wellness brand in Singapore. This role focuses on operational support, compliance, vendor management, and maintaining a welcoming office environment. The ideal candidate will be meticulous, organized, and proficient in HRIS systems, while possessing a strong understanding of Singapore regulations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Office/HR Administration
- Hands-on payroll input prep, HRIS updates, and letter generation
- Singapore statutory experience (CPF e-Submission, IRAS, MOM)
- HRIS fluency (PayBoy/BambooHR/HiBob, Google Workspace, e-signature, Excel)
- Vendor and office operations experience
- PDPA-savvy records management
- Event operations for up to 40 pax
