They're looking for a Human Resource Business Partner to support their high-growth teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with ambitious growth targets. The role focuses on building and scaling People Strategies, managing performance, ensuring compliance, and streamlining HR operations with modern tooling.
Requirements
- Translate OKRs and business plans into actionable people actions.
- Orchestrate KPIs and manage performance based on established SLAs and KPIs.
- Streamline the onboarding and offboarding process.
