Job Description
We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our MANGO Granada CC Nevada Teen store. Manage daily store operations, supervise inventory and sales promotion, implement commercialization and financial management, and provide guidance to department management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in managing daily store operations, including accounting, budget, recruitment and employee scheduling.
- Experience in implementing commercialization and financial management strategies at the store level.
- Experience in supervising and directing sales staff and department management.
- University degree in areas related to administration, business management or similar.
- Experience in executing organizational policies to achieve sales and profit objectives in a store environment.
