FLOOR SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a self-motivated team player who is a vibrant outgoing person and can demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude and enthusiasm to represent the brand through the delivery of excellent customer service in order to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
• Must be a sales-driven, goal-oriented individual
• Passion for customer service, styling, and product
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Must have a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.
• Must be willing to take the first step to initiate contact with the customers and identify their shopping needs.
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes
