FLOOR SUPERVISOR

Mango is seeking a Floor Supervisor to join their team at The Woodlands Mall in Woodlands, Texas. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a commercial and aesthetic store image.

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
• Must be a sales-driven, goal-oriented individual
• Passion for customer service, styling, and product
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Must have a positive, high-energy, friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality
• Must be willing to take the first step to initiate contact with the customers and identify their shopping needs
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands, and changes
