Requirements

• Ensure customer service according to brand standards, applying sales techniques in line with the training provided by Mango;
• Actively contribute to the development of commercial indicators;
• Propose articles, outfits and accessories that meet the needs of customers
• Handle all cash transactions in a smooth, efficient and precise manner to ensure that the end customer experience in the store is optimum;
• Get involved in all tasks related to the operation of back office areas: delivery, restocking, transfers, product exploitation;
• Participate in the implementation of commercial operations;
