Mangone Law Firm is looking for a Bilingual (English-Spanish) Sales Manager to join their dynamic team and help break through their sales ceiling.

Requirements

• Lead and develop the Consulting, Booking, and Follow-up teams
• Design tactics to achieve booking and consultation conversion rates of ≥ 25%
• Refine sales scripts and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and reduce contract execution times
• Present detailed performance reports, revenue trends, and data visualizations to senior management
• Lead post-sale initiatives to ensure a retention rate of 90%
